A valid credit card and signed scheduling agreement are required to confirm your booking. Appointments are not secured until both are received.
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Appointments canceled or adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-Day changes or no-shows will be charges 100% of the scheduled service total. This includes changes made on the day of service.
Guests arriving more than15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
Hair extension services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Extension hair is custom ordered and therfore non-refundable. Cancellations or changes are subject to the same 48 hour cancellation policy outlined above.
We value you your time and appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to provide an exceptional experience for every guest.
Retail purchases are final sale. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase.
We accept cash and major credit cards for services and retail purchases. While gratuities cannot be added to credit card transactions, they are graciously accepted using cash or via Venmo.
