Reservations 

At the time of scheduling, you will be sent a copy of our Reservation Policy via text and/or email. We require a valid credit card number along with a signed copy of our Reservation Policy to hold your reservation at time of booking. Please carefully review our Reservation (cancellation) policy below. *Please be advised that we cannot hold your reservation time without a valid credit card AND a signed waiver.




Check Out Process

We are accepting cash and credit cards but we cannot add gratuity to your credit card. Please come prepared with cash on the day of your reservation.

Pre-booking for your next reservation is highly recommended when you check out. We want to make sure you do not have to wait extensively in between reservations.


Reservation Policy

Please note that a copy of our reservation/credit card waiver will be sent to you via text and/or email at the time of scheduling your reservation. We cannot add your reservation to the schedule until we receive the signed waiver and deposit to reserve your ideal time.

  • Our reservation availability is limited since we like to take our time with each guest to ensure that you receive a stellar experience. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules and cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another guest and in turn maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

  • Please be aware that a valid credit card is required to reserve your reservation. We understand that unavoidable circumstances come up and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

  • Cancellations outside of the 24 hour policy or failure to show for your reservation on the same day will result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of your deposit based on scheduled services. No call/No shows are included in this policy. This includes moving your reservation around on the schedule on the day of your services.

  • Due to schedule commitments to other guest’s schedules, we may have to reschedule any reservation for which you are more than 15 minutes late and you may be charged the service fee for the scheduled service.


**Keratins & Hair Extension. These services require a 50% Deposit. Any rescheduling must be done 4 business days prior to your service appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Please call the salon at 610-645-0600 if you need to reschedule.

Hair Extensions. Any changes must be made 5 days prior to reservation, otherwise deposit will be forfeited. once the deposit is received and the hair is ordered, the deposit is no longer refundable.

Gift Cards and Retail Products. All gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards can only be used in person at our location. The value of the gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, tips or credit. Gift cards are Valid for 1 year from date purchased. Purchasing our gift card constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

We want you to love your retail purchase! If for any reason you are unhappy with the performance of your purchased products, they can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value within 10 days of purchase.
